In the General Tadeusz Kościuszko 1032nd riflemen company, shoulder to shoulder for the Homeland, serve representatives of different Lithuanian nations — Lithuanians, Poles, Russians, Belarusians. We take pride in cultural diversity and united work for Lithuania.
We have a choice: to be victims or to make history!
The 1032nd company of the Lithuanian Riflemen's Union is the best proof that people representing the Lithuania's Polish, Russian and Belarusian communities in the Vilnius region are loyal, patriotic citizens determined to defend their state and all of our freedom.

Regular training
We train in the forests and villages of Vilnius district — for armed and unarmed resistance, together with the home guard and the armed forces.
Specializations
We develop capabilities in unmanned systems, communications, electronic warfare, tactical medicine and logistics — building equipment, skills and specialist expertise.
Community
We work closely with communities across Vilnius District, participate in local events and social initiatives, and help preserve the region's cultural heritage.
Working with Young People
We work with schools and Young Riflemen, promoting historical awareness, civic responsibility, survival skills, leadership and healthy living.
International partnership
We maintain close ties with organizations in Poland through joint exercises, exchanges of experience and friendships that go beyond formal cooperation.

Diversity and flexibility

We believe in keeping things sensible. No impossible demands, no expectations of superhuman endurance, no pointless sacrifices or grueling selection trials. We welcome anyone genuinely willing to join in, contribute and take part in our activities.
Legendary Food
Our Riflemen never go hungry. Our field catering team is legendary across the Riflemen's Union. We dare you to find better food at any other unit's exercises. Frankly, the food alone is worth showing up for.
A Seriously Good Crew
We're a wonderfully diverse bunch, and that's what makes spending time together so enjoyable. Everyone is welcome, with all their strengths, quirks and imperfections. We take our responsibilities seriously, but we never forget to have fun.
Our Own Training Grounds
We have our own training area in Katutiškės Forest, in southern Vilnius. It's where we train most often, practice navigation and field skills, and welcome fellow Riflemen from other companies of the Vilnius Regiment.
Always Training, Always Ready
We're an active company, regularly participating in exercises ranging from squad-level training to major Riflemen's Union operations and international exercises with our Polish partners. We also place strong emphasis on each Rifleman's individual skills and readiness.
General Tadeusz Kościuszko
A freedom fighter ahead of his time, a brilliant military engineer and one of the 18th century’s most remarkable champions of liberty. He fought for American independence, defended the Polish–Lithuanian Commonwealth and led the 1794 uprising. His legacy calls on us to keep learning, bring people together and defend freedom through our actions.
